Online Insomnia Therapy Indiana | Insomnia Therapist Indiana

Tired of tossing, turning, and staring at the ceiling?

The ripple effect of insomnia can be devastating.

You wake up dazed, drained, and already running on an empty tank. You wash your face, grab some coffee, and try to move on with your day, but you get frustrated because it may take longer to get things done.

So you come home and crawl into bed, desperate to unwind, only to find yourself wide awake for hours. Or maybe you go to sleep and wake up throughout the night or before the alarm rings.

And the cycle goes on.

Let’s work on improving your sleep.

I’m Kathy Georgeoff Mohr, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering online insomnia therapy and other Telehealth services to adults in Indiana.

If sleep is elusive, you are not alone. I’m here to help you become more aware of your sleep process, attain valuable insights, and understand how your thoughts impact your slumber.

Let’s work towards conquering insomnia and claiming the nights of your dreams.

What is insomnia?

Insomnia is more than the occasional loss of sleep. It’s a consistent challenge to fall asleep, remain asleep, or get quality sleep, even when having the time and environment to do so.

Risk factors include anxiety, depression, medical conditions, and stressful events, among others. It can last for less than three months or at least three nights per week for three months or longer.

Symptoms of insomnia

  • Feeling sleepy but suddenly becoming wide awake when getting into bed
  • Lying wide awake in bed with your mind racing, unable to sleep
  • Waking up often during the night or too early in the morning
  • Feeling fatigued and sluggish
  • Becoming easily irritable
  • Lacking drive and focus
  • Struggling to remember things or think clearly

How can online therapy help with insomnia?

Online therapy can help you gain insight into your sleep patterns, discover the factors contributing to your insomnia, and learn practical strategies toward better sleep—all within flexible and private video sessions.
